We didn’t have any plans for today so we ventured out around 10 and made a stop at the local visitor center where we picked up a few more brochures. Then we stopped at Walmart for groceries. After coming home and putting the groceries away, we had lunch and later in the afternoon went to do laundry. John had supper/dinner* ready when I came back with the clean clothes and sheets and we watched the movie “Infinity” in the evening. It was interesting to note that much of the movie was based in New Mexico. Tomorrow’s forecast looks less windy than appears to be usual around here, so we’ll probably head over to White Sands to explore…
*farm kids who move to the city sometimes become confused as to proper meal names…
